An Optimization Model of Discrete Manufacturing Enterprise Production Scheduling

The extensive application of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) has made great contributions to the development of enterprise management, but it is based on the traditional MRP algorithm, which has congenital defects on the planning and optimization of production resources. With discrete manufacturing enterprises as researching objects and against the limitation of production scheduling, this paper constructs a production scheduling model based on limited capacity, tells the solving method and proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the model through case analysis. This model can tell optimized scheduling program automatically in constraint of equipment load, and needs no artificial feedback or adjustment, and largely increases the effect of production scheduling.
