Point Selection Model for a Railway Strategic Loading

Xiaoping Guang, Liang Wu, Deyang Kong

Abstract

According to the characteristics of railway strategic loading point as secondary location problem, considering upstream transportation of railway strategic loading point generally constituted by the railway transport and road transport in building the model, when coal production enterprises connect special lines of railway and road simultaneously, reasonable allocation of capacity to make minimum overall transportation cost, put forward in the process of a complete transportation, the maximum reloading number of road and railway is 1, add cost of reloading in the model, propose to build the multi-objective 0-1 nonlinear integer programming model aiming at construction number ,reloading time, transportation distance and waiting time. Take Hami region as an example, network matrix of road and railway is respectively created in the process of operation, upstream transport problem of the strategic loading point is converted into K short circuit problem, use immune algorithm to resolve the model, conclusion means the immune algorithm has good convergence in the location problem of calculating railway coal strategic loading point.

Keywords

the strategic loading point, multi-objective 0-1 nonlinear integer planning, K short circuit problem, immune algorithm.
