New Bounds of Mutual Incoherence Property on Sparse Signals Recovery

Shiqing Wang, Limin Su

Abstract

The Mutual Incoherence property (MIP) is a dominate tool used for the unknown sparse signals with entries by making far fewer than measurements, since if it satisfies some bounds then sparse signals are guaranteed to be recovered exactly in the noiseless and noise case. Recently, a great deal of attention has been focused on the bounds of MIP and the authors have given results under different bounds. This paper establishes some new bounds on the Mutual Incoherence property (MIP) for the recovery of high-dimensional sparse signals. Furthermore, we give some novel results under the new bounds concerning the recovery of signals from undersampled situation.
