Active Disturbance Rejection Control for the Coordinated System of Supercritical Power Units
Yongguang Ma, Ruiqing Zhang, Liangyu Ma, Bingshu Wang
Abstract
Directing against the nonlinear, variable-parameter, and strong-coupling features of the supercritical thermal power units, it is difficult for traditional PID coordinated control scheme to meet the power grid demand which often participates in peak regulation and frequency modulation, composited linear active disturbance rejection controller (LADRC) based on “boiler following turbine” coordinated control mode for a 600MW supercritical power are designed. The extended state observers are used to estimate the unmolded dynamic and unknown disturbance in real time. Feedforward control signals are introduced into the boiler LADRC with large delay and the turbine LADRC respectively. The LADRCs are programmed with star-90. The detail load-changed control simulation tests under constant pressure and sliding pressure condition of main steam are made, the result shows that the control effect of the proposed LADRC-based coordinated control scheme is significantly superior to the original PID controller.
