A Privacy Preserving Keyword Search Scheme in Cloud Computing Platform

Zhiguo Du, Bo Yang, Jie Liu

Abstract

As cloud providers have priority access to data, it is difficult to guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of users’ data. In this paper we proposed a model to solve the problem of data security in cloud computing. The model adopts efficient encryption mechanisms to protect users’ data. As the encrypted data is difficult to retrieve, we propose an efficient privacy preserving keyword search scheme in cloud storage, the scheme satisfies the multi-user requirement with low computational over head and flexible key management, and it is proved to be secure and feasible.

Keywords

data security, cloud computing, integrity verification, cipher text retrieval.
