Standardized Optimization Scheme Based on Particle Filter and Tracking Algorithm

Abstract


In view of the cigarette congestion phenomenon because of unreasonable installation or inconsistent matching, this paper put forward a standardized optimization scheme for the cigarette transport system. Firstly, it optimized the sealing machines by getting through all the machines, then optimized the package distribution from the regional limit value and package distribution ways, and finally proposed an anti-congestion strategy based on particle filter and applied the target tracking algorithm into the congestion detection during cigarette transport. Experiments result show that this proposed strategy is efficient and should be generalized.
