Abstract

Propose an Information Hiding Algorithm based on Gaussian pyramid and CARDBAL2 multi-wavelet transform. Apply Gaussian pyramid and CARDBAL2 multi-wavelet transform to generate the different energy embedding regions. The robust parameters embed in the highest energy region of images, the main hiding information in higher energy region with RAID4 and fragile sign in lowest energy region. We improve the consistency of the embedded data and the cover image by scrambling the cover image with Chebyshev map and changing scrambling parameters. The position for embedding information of every region is Bit Plane 0 of B color component. Bit Plane 3 and Bit Plane 7 are auxiliary embedded positions by XOR. Experimental results indicate that the proposed algorithm can increase invisibility and is of better robustness against JPEG2000 compression, cutting, rotation, filtering and noise, and has certain ability against steganalysis such as the RS and high order statistics based on wavelet coefficients. Moreover, the algorithm has excellent sensitivity to image processing.
