Delay-Dependent Robust Observer and H1 Based Controller Design for Neutral Systems

In this paper, the dynamic observer-based controller design for a class of neutral systems with H control is considered. A delay-dependent solution is obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) by using an observer based output feedback, which stabilizes the system and reduces the effect of the disturbance input on the controlled output. Numerical examples are provided to show the effectiveness of the proposed conditions.
