On Delay Dependent Stability Robustness for Systems with Uncertain Time Varying Delays

Abstract


We study robust stability for linear uncertain dynamic system with non-commensurate time varying delays. Sufficient and improved stability robustness conditions that depend both on the size and time derivative of time varying delays are presented. The perturbations considered are unknown but norm bounded. The conditions guarantee also for the system to possess an H(sup) norm bound that is less than a prescribed value. The results are derived, based on Finsler's lemma, via Lyapunov Krasovskii functional technique and are expressed in terms of linear matrix inequalities.
