Capability Evaluation of Introduction-mode Technological Leapfrogging Based on Entropy Value Method
Abstract
Entropy value method is an objective weighting method. According to entropy’s mathematical feature, information entropy can be used to determine the weights and then to make evaluations. The article constructs evaluation index system of introduction-mode technological leapfrogging capability, takes Tianjin high-tech industries as research objectives, applies entropy value method to evaluate technological leapfrogging capability based on its mathematical features and comes to the conclusion that in order to develop advanced technology and to achieve technological leapfrogging, the high-tech industries should focus on enhancing innovation efficiency and improving innovation capability based on technological introduction and absorption.
