Polymorphic Uncertain Optimization to Renewable Energy Planning in the City Cluster

An effective flexible optimization method is presented to improve the renewable energy management in the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city cluster, where an optimization model with interval and stochastic parameters is constructed to formulate the minimal production cost under some practical constraints. Then, by the polymorphic uncertain mathematical programming approach (PUMP), a deterministic equivalent formulation is derived from the constructed uncertain model for any given confidence level. Case study shows that the proposed method in this paper is promising.
