Wei SUN, Xin Gao

Abstract

Comprehensive planning is an enterprise annual business plan. Reasonable comprehensive planning can make the resource of the power supply company get to optimal allocation and improve the overall economic benefit and social benefit of enterprises. The evaluation research of its implementation effects has become an important issue. This paper has finished the evaluation index system of comprehensive planning of power supply enterprise, based on local power grid construction, business management, marketing service, power distribution reliability and scientific research. Because the traditional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method confirms the index balance by expert scoring method, the evaluation result is mostly influenced by subjective factor. Therefore, this paper uses analytic hierarchy process to confirm index weight, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation values, trains the sample combining with the support vector machine and analyze the train result. At last, the instance is verified using this evaluation method. The analysis of example shows that this model is scientific and feasible.
