Huang Lijuan, Yang Wenjun, Zou Chunfang, Yu Peng

Abstract

Since the beginning of the twenty-first century, tourism e-commerce with the rapid development has subversive impact on the traditional one. This paper begins with an exploratory research on dynamic optimization for e-tourism supply chain based on network intermediary. This paper has 4 sections: the first is to briefly introduce the current research situation of tourism supply chain at home and abroad; the second is to analyze and compare peration mode and topological structure between traditional tourism supply chain and e-Tourism Supply Chain; the third is to point out there are more advantages of e-Tourism Supply Chain based on network intermediar than the general model; the last is to discuss e-tourism supply chain mode with dynamic optimization based on network intermediary and game theory, which can help to greatly enhance coordination capacity and flexibility of the tourism supply chain. Part of the research fruits has been applied to “Green and red” tourism in Jiangxi and has achieved experimental success.
