Mathematical Model of Binding Rebar Design of Building Wall Based on Gray Correlation Analysis

Kanhua Yu

Abstract

Gray correlation analysis method is a mathematical modeling method. Gray system theory mainly studies five problems including correlation analysis, its theoretical modeling, prediction, decision and control. Correlation analysis refers to analysis of a system’s controllability and observability as well as analysis of the system’s development trend and tendency. To improve anti-seismic property, an increasing number of buildings adopt the way that frame columns are cast first and then brick walls are built when frame structures are constructed. It is essential to set up tie bar between the two to ensure effective connection between them and improve stability of buildings. Actually, there are many setting methods for the tie bar. As a theory that is established based on system theory, space theory and control theory, gray relative analysis method acts on gray space. Information among mutually associated elements can be obtained by using the method. This thesis utilizes principles of the gray relative analysis method, discusses approaches of the tie bar in walls and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages in order to provide reference for its application to projects.
