Abstract

The article deals with solving a scientific problem aimed at improving the efficiency of data delivery in a mobile ad-hoc network. For this purpose an algorithm developed for neuro-fuzzy control of the intensity of the retransmissions in the network. The algorithm provides a measurement of the current values of confirmations waiting time, neuro-fuzzy prediction of the values of the magnitude in the next cycle and the calculation of a timeout of retransmissions by the forecasting obtained. According to the proposed algorithm, the current value of retransmission timeout is periodically updated within the set logical link. Simulation experiments shows that the use of the algorithm provides a significant decrease in timeout deviations of retransmission by waiting time of confirmations, minimizations of retransmissions and an average duration of data flow transfer.

Keywords
