The Effects on Work Value and Creativity: A Generation Difference Perspective

Relevant research has pointed out the correlations between Generation and Creativity that promoting employees’ creativities has become a critical issue for enterprises. Research showed that younger employees presented higher creativities than elder ones. Besides, it is generally considered that younger employees revealed great assistance in creativities for enterprises. This study aims to discuss the correlations between Value and Creativity and the moderating effects of Generation on the relations between Work Value and Creativity.
