Anti-windup design for singular systems with saturating actuators

An anti-windup approach is addressed for singular systems. The compensator gain matrix is designed to guarantee the asymptotic stability for a given set of initial state vectors. The approach is based on Lyapunov method and the derived conditions are given in terms of LMIs. The obtained conditions for local stability are slightly modified to ensure global asymptotic stability. Numerical computations are performed for illustration.
