Application of Fuzzy Neural Network in Constructing A Taichi Chuan Action Characteristic Model

As two frequently used research methods, fuzzy logic and neural network have complementary advantages. Fuzzy neural network (FNN) is generated by combining fuzzy logic and neural network together to make the best of both methods. It turns out to be great achievements while that are beyond fuzzy logic or neural network used alone. FNN is used to analyze motion features and action pattern, to extract action characteristics and to construct characteristic model of Taichi Chuan. The result shows that non-linear composite pattern based on FNN can give an accurate evaluation of Tai Chi’s quality.
